You may think that you have brought me down. Yet as you can see, I'm still at the peak, looking down upon you lot while you writhe like insects. I eagerly wait for the moment you fall into despair after realizing that this cycle of pain will never end. I want to see you kneel before the might of destiny, resigning yourself to fate. I eagerly wait for the moment you fall into despair after realizing that this cycle of pain will never end. I want to see you kneel before the might of destiny, resigning yourself to fate. Go on, slowly; despair and succumb to your fate. Try to resist to the very end, and ultimately break yourself. As the last bits of your resistance melt away. We shall be the subterranean water that quietly flows underneath the earth.

I will see everything you do. I will not avoid. I will not hide. I will not rest. I will never close my eyes or turn my head. Just go ahead like you have always been doing. Then, you might make it.

Do you seek redemption? Or do you seek to redeem me along with all the others that are trapped here? Whatever it is, maybe you think that saving this facility from sin as you have planned will fix everything for you. Just think for a moment. Even you, who hasn’t left this facility for such a long time… You should be aware that people are hopelessly being killed by Abnormalities in other branches even as we speak. And it’s not just them; all the Wings have their own painful stories, repeating perpetually. In the Nests, in the Backstreets, in the Ruins, in the Outskirts… A pain much greater than what you have seen here prevails in the world.

There was once a man whose dream had been ruined by me. However, even when he faced me in person, his anger was directed at what was above and beyond. His gaze never settled on the things right in front of him; he always looked further. Unlike you or Angela, who are well-nigh blind to anything outside of your immediate sight, as I can see.

I can only pity you and your vain endeavor to seek an entity whose husk is all that remains.
~ Binah to Zena

Summary

Binah is the former Sephirah of the Extraction Team and current Patron Librarian of the Floor of Philosophy. As a Sephirah, she was sequestered away within the depths of Lobotomy Corporation, her role being the extraction of Abnormalities from the collective human unconsciousness in order to harvest the energy they produce. She was tasked with drawing "water" from the well, a task she was forced to endure due to her robotic body protecting her mind, and as punishment for her past transgressions. As a librarian, her role instead, according to herself, is merely to observe.

In her first life, Binah was instead known as Garion, serving as an Arbiter of The Head. As an Arbiter, she was an elite agent outfitted with enough Singularities to singlehandedly devastate entire Wings, which are the massive corporations which control The City. As The Head has considerable influence over the Wings and has its private force of Claws, Arbiters are seldom deployed and tend to be reserved only for the most serious transgressions of the edicts of The Head. Intelligence gathered from a traitor within Lobotomy Corporation would reveal one such violation, the creation of true artificial intelligence, to The Head. As such, Garion would arrive, breach the Abnormalities, deploy the Claws, and ultimately kill almost everybody in the fledgling corporation. However, her rampage was stopped by The Red Mist, who would later become fellow Sephirah Gebura, as she would fatally impale Binah with her final, dying actions. Garion was subsequently captured, with lurid secret information being ruthlessly extracted from her in order to protect what remained of Lobotomy Corporation before she was forcibly turned into the Sephirah Binah, enslaved by the very organization she was tasked with destroying.

While Binah has become less hostile as time has passed, progressing from nearly destroying Lobotomy Corporation to working for it while openly hating her superior to seeming content as a Librarian under Angela, her underlying proclivities for violence are not entirely gone. Her old sadistic tendencies still rise to the surface in combat, and even in her degraded states she's a force of destruction which is impossible for almost anybody in The City to overcome.

Powers and Stats

Tier: 8-A, possibly higher with E.G.O. and Abnormality Pages | At least 8-B, likely 8-A | At least 8-B, likely 8-A, higher with E.G.O. and Abnormality Pages

Key: Arbiter | Sephirah | Librarian

Name: Binah, Garion

Origin: Project Moon

Gender: Female

Age: Unknown

Classification: Arbiter of The Head, Extraction Team Sephirah, Patron Librarian of the Floor of Philosophy

Powers and Abilities:

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Genius Intelligence, Weapon Mastery, Enhanced Senses (Capable of detecting entities employees cannot, such as the Dimensional Refraction Variant, sensory augmentation is a very common procedure and Arbiters are top of the line, capable of launching attacks on foes from across the L Corp. facility), Conceptual Manipulation (Type 2. The Fairy singularity of F Corp. and the Lock singularity of J Corp. are both capable of respectively opening and closing things on a physical or conceptual level, including people. Examples given have included opening people, opening Abnormality containment units, opening attacks, locking physical objects, locking people, locking away abilities, locking an area of space, locking a body to prevent dissection, and more[1]), Vibration Manipulation (Binah can create shockwaves which bolster her defenses and weaken her foes), Creation, Weapon Creation, Weapon Control (Capable of creating her singularities indefinitely, while also being able to create specific forms such as pillars, meltdowns, chains, spikes, and locks), Power Nullification (Capable of preventing the usage of T Corp. tech to pause), Statistics Amplification (Capable of temporarily increasing her durability to the point she is incapable of being harmed in Lobotomy Corporation), Statistics Reduction (Capable of slowing and weakening her foes with various singularity effects), Empowerment (Capable of buffing her allies), Darkness Manipulation, Non-Physical Interaction (Capable of harming non-corporeal and abstract entities such as Dimensional Refraction Variant), Status Effect Inducement (Survivors of her Fairy derived attacks are afflicted with Fairy as a status effect, causing them to further suffer injury whenever they act), Energy Manipulation (Binah can create meltdowns which drain the Qliphoth counter to 0), possibly (Binah's powerset does not change much from game to game, with it being hard locked into her in Library of Ruina in a way that not even The Library can undo, but while in theory there should be no differences in practice colored damage types are seldom represented outside of Lobotomy Corporation) Mind Manipulation, Madness Manipulation, Fear Manipulation and Perception Manipulation (Capable of dealing WHITE damage, meaning she can attack the mind. This can result in panicking, catatonia, suicide, or violent insanity), Corrosion Inducement and Resistance Negation (Capable of dealing BLACK damage, meaning they attack both the mind and body while ignoring resistances to either type of attack), Death Manipulation, Soul Manipulation, Life-Force Absorption, Paralysis Inducement and Durability Negation (Capable of dealing PALE damage, a damage type embodying death itself)

Likely (Binah has regained her full power as an Arbiter as of the ending of Library of Ruina. Due to the game ending she's not conclusively shown wielding Abnormality Pages and extracted E.G.O., but there's nothing logically stopping her from being outfitted with them in the same way she was as a Librarian) Mind Manipulation, Madness Manipulation, Fear Manipulation and Perception Manipulation (Capable of dealing WHITE damage, meaning she can attack the mind. This can result in panicking, catatonia, suicide, or violent insanity), Corrosion Inducement and Resistance Negation (Capable of dealing BLACK damage, meaning they attack both the mind and body while ignoring resistances to either type of attack), Death Manipulation, Soul Manipulation, Life-Force Absorption, Paralysis Inducement and Durability Negation (Capable of dealing PALE damage, a damage type embodying death itself), Non-Physical Interaction (Capable of harming non-corporeal and abstract entities such as the Dimensional Refraction Variant with colored damage), Statistics Amplification (Various Abnormality Pages), Accelerated Development (Punishment), Power Nullification, Statistics Reduction (Watchful Eyes, Peace, The Beast, Lamp), Time Manipulation (Long Arms), Healing (Big Eyes, Tilted Scale), Energy Projection, Explosion Manipulation, Paralysis Inducement (Twilight)

In addition to abilities listed under the Arbiter tab, Inorganic Physiology, Shapeshifting, Immortality (Type 8. Her AI will be put back into another body if her old one is destroyed[2]). Colored damage abilities are unambiguous in this form.

In addition to abilities listed under the Arbiter tab, Immortality (Type 8, reliant on Angela. She will always resurrect Librarians, no matter how they die), Transformation (Equipping certain E.G.O. gifts and gear changes her appearance. Seems to switch her coat around when out of combat), Creation (Can create materials out of thin air as long as they have the necessary books within the Library to reference), Acausality (Type 4. Like the Library, Librarians cannot be read by the Gaze's Office causality-reading machine despite it being able to track causality across multiple universes. None of the processes behind their functioning can be read or detected, only the result of said processes)

Mind Manipulation, Madness Manipulation, Fear Manipulation and Perception Manipulation (Capable of dealing WHITE damage, meaning she can attack the mind. This can result in panicking, catatonia, suicide, or violent insanity), Corrosion Inducement and Resistance Negation (Capable of dealing BLACK damage, meaning they attack both the mind and body while ignoring resistances to either type of attack), Death Manipulation, Soul Manipulation, Life-Force Absorption, Paralysis Inducement and Durability Negation (Capable of dealing PALE damage, a damage type embodying death itself), Non-Physical Interaction (Capable of harming non-corporeal and abstract entities such as the Dimensional Refraction Variant with colored damage, Statistics Amplification (Various Abnormality Pages and passives), Accelerated Development (Punishment), Power Nullification, Statistics Reduction (Watchful Eyes, Peace, The Beast, Lamp), Time Manipulation (Long Arms), Healing (Big Eyes, Tilted Scale, various passives), Energy Projection, Explosion Manipulation, Paralysis Inducement (Twilight), Empowerment (Various passives), Fire Manipulation (Flaming Bat, Flaring Brand, Force of a Wildfire), Damage Boost (Various passives), Damage Reduction (Various passives), Electricity Manipulation (Electric Shock), Paralysis Inducement (Electric Shock, Bzzz Bzzz, Smoke Addiction), Smoke Manipulation (Puffy Brume), Regeneration (Likely Low-Mid, given the severe injuries Fixers can survive without dying. Emergency Rations, Immediate Repairs, Haboob, Emergency Resuscitation Protocol), Spatial Manipulation, Matter Manipulation (Likely quantum, via Quantum Leap, Refraction, and Dimensional Sections), Forcefield Creation (Force Field, Charged Shield), Empathic Manipulation (Singular Strikes), Probability Manipulation (Manipulator of Odds), Restoration (Various passives), Purification (Policy Form), Resistance Negation (Information Assessment, Seeing Through Weakness, Asian In One's Armor), Adaptation (All for Hana), Instinctive Action (Retaliate), Blood Manipulation (Bloodfiendish)

Power Nullification, Power Modification, Resistance Negation, Statistics Reduction (As represented by her "Binah" passive, Binah's abilities are completely locked in to her very being on a level that not even The Library, an infinite universe with its own timescale, can change, despite Binah's entire body being composed of its Light. Binah retained far more strength than everyone else converted to a Librarian due to this, as the default no keypage Librarian is a weak combatant more on the level of a Grade 9 Fixer even for those who were elite combatants prior such as Roland and Gebura. Her body as a Sephirah was made poorly on purpose to keep her under control and to punish her, yet her singularity abilities remained and she ultimately wields power comparable to Sephirah Gebura), Mind Manipulation, Madness Manipulation, Fear Manipulation, Empathic Manipulation, Perception Manipulation, Corrosion Inducement, Resistance Negation (Binah is resistant to WHITE and BLACK damage and is able to combat CENSORED without succumbing to it's enhanced passive abilities. Binah is also able to endure E.G.O. Weapon attacks with such effects and hits from the mind altering weapons of the Reindeer Team), Death Manipulation, Soul Manipulation, Life-Force Absorption, Paralysis Inducement and Durability Negation (Binah can endure and take hits from the Old Lady's gun), Heat Manipulation (Binah can endure The Firebird, Binah can take hits from high level Liu fixers and even the likes of E.G.O. Xiao, Reverb Ensemble Phillip, and a zombified Vermillion Cross while she also will not be killed if frozen using Blizzard or Third Kiss from Keter's abnormality pages and can withstand attacks from The Snow Queen), Poison Manipulation (Does not have her head explode if pierced by Porccubus' thorns, which otherwise can cause such an overload of elation in the victim that their head explodes, is unaffected by breathing in toxic smoke or building dust), Blood Manipulation, Body Puppetry, Biological Manipulation (The Parasite Tree's saplings turn any employee they drive to panic into more saplings, but Binah cannot be converted this way. Binah can take hits from Elena, who's capable of manipulating blood in a way that fuses a victim's blood and flesh and is also capable of leveraging this to control their bodies.[3] Even on a failed defense, capable of withstanding Elena and Nosferatu attacks which involve ripping the blood straight out of their victims.), Electricity Manipulation (Can withstand electric attacks from R Corp. Reindeer, even including Rudolph's maximum charge attack), as a Librarian she also has Resistance to Information Analysis (Librarians cannot have their components or constituent parts identified. Their power level cannot be read), Poison Manipulation and Disease Manipulation (Bodies made of Light don't need to worry about the negative effects of smoking and drinking alcohol, as they cannot get sick)

Attacks inducing anything mentioned under standard resistances, in addition to Paralysis Inducement (Capable of stopping attacks that apply the Paralysis effect), Statistics Reduction (Capable of stopping attacks that reduce speed, strength, and/or defensive ability. Several afflictions also represent an increased vulnerability to physical, mental, and other forms of harm, and the ones that can be deflected or blocked are as follows: Fragile, Smoke, Stagger Resistance Down, Penetrated Boundary, Mark of the Hunt, Stagger Vulnerable, Enlightenment, Mark), Sound Manipulation and Vibration Manipulation (Capable of stopping Argalia's resonance inducing attacks, can also block Xiao's weakening scream Pú Láo), Conceptual Manipulation (Type 2. Capable of stopping her own copied attacks which use the F Corp. and J Corp. singularities which are capable of harmfully opening and closing things on a conceptual level), Resistance Negation (Capable of stopping Dante's attacks which can erode resistances and eventually turn them into weaknesses, can also stop this attack from Blue Star's followers which inverts the victim's resistance), Power Modification (Capable of stopping attacks which make her own techniques require more energy to use), Adhesive Manipulation (Can stop Cocoon enhanced attacks), Absorption (Capable of stopping attacks from The Mountain of Smiling Bodies which have such effects), Power Nullification (Capable of blocking Wrist Cutter, which strips buffs if it connects as well as attacks like Black Swan and Da Capo which remove energy if they hit), Time Manipulation (Can block Dead Silence which is derived from The Price of Silence, a heavily time centric abnormality), Spatial Manipulation and possibly Matter Manipulation (Quantum level for the matter manipulation, indicated by Rose's ability. Capable of blocking W Corp. weapons and attacks from their agents. W Corp. agents are equipped with weapons that use their space ripping singularity to tear through dimensions, they also possess a second singularity used for restorative purposes which works through matter manipulation. Their weapons are singularity augmented, though it's uncertain what role the matter manipulation one plays for these weapons), Stamina Manipulation (The flames of Xiao and Miris are extra damaging to the composure and stamina of their foes, these flames can still be blocked just fine), Body Puppetry (Can defend against The Puppeteer's body hijacking ability)

Further resistance to all previous, in particular Status Effect Inducement, Fire Manipulation, Temperature Manipulation, Blood Manipulation, Conceptual Manipulation (Type 2), and Death Manipulation via Long Arms

Attack Potency: Multi-City Block level (As an Arbiter, Binah is one of the most powerful people in the entire City. Tore Kali's arm off and ultimately killed her. When restored to her full power post Ruina, she was capable of fighting against fellow Arbiter Zena, who made a large crater with her shockwave, and the Claw Baral.), possibly higher with E.G.O and Abnormality Pages (Binah as a Librarian had access to E.G.O. equipment and other buffs derived from Punishing Bird, Big Bird, Judgement Bird, and Apocalypse Bird. While the Library was too unstable for them to be used during her brief period at full power within Library of Ruina, there's no known reason Angela wouldn't still be able to outfit Binah with such equipment) | At least City Block level, likely Multi-City Block level (Despite being weakened, she can still inflict catastrophic damage to employees outfitted with ALEPH level gear and she is classified similarly to Apocalypse Bird in terms of threat level. Defeated Sephirah Gebura.) | At least City Block level, likely Multi-City Block level (While considered "Degraded" and "Incomplete" compared to her prime, she's still on par with Impurity level Librarians, Color Fixers such as Gebura and Iori, and powerful Distortions such as Yan and Elena. Elena previously fought and inflicted serious injuries to the Color Fixer Angelica and elite Grade 1 Fixer Roland, though she ultimately lost the battle. Binah led a team that defeated an Apocalypse Bird empowered and supported Roland), higher with E.G.O. and Abnormality Pages (Has access to E.G.O. equipment and other buffs derived from Punishing Bird, Big Bird, Judgement Bird, and Apocalypse Bird, even being able to fully summon the latter for an attack. The Beast in particular is portrayed as making the user dramatically more powerful, representing the fusion between the three birds into the one Apocalypse Bird)

Speed: Massively Hypersonic (Comparable to Kali, though not quite as fast), higher with optional equipment (A variety of passives and Abnormality Pages can increase speed, The Strongest confers Kali/Gebura's own speed) | Massively Hypersonic (Comparable to Gebura, though not quite as fast) | Massively Hypersonic (Comparable to Gebura, though not quite as fast), higher with optional equipment (A variety of passives and Abnormality Pages can increase speed, The Strongest confers Kali/Gebura's own speed)

Lifting Strength: Class M (Tore off Kali's arm in combat) | Likely Class M (Shouldn't be incomparably weaker in this field, still able to clash against Gebura) | Class M (Capable of restraining distortions stronger than the Pianist with her chains, with the Pianist being capable of levitating a large number of buildings)

Striking Strength: Multi-City Block level | At least City Block level, likely Multi-City Block level | At least City Block level, likely Multi-City Block level

Durability: Multi-City Block level (Took hits from Kali, Zena, and Baral. Seemingly ordinary clothes are often reinforced to offer protection that substitutes for armor,[4] as shown by Vergilius' coat negating attacks made by members of the Eye.[5] Arbiters certainly have access to the highest quality clothes, and a weaker version of Binah is portrayed as exceptionally resistant to slashing attacks on her level), possibly higher with E.G.O. and Abnormality Pages | At least City Block level, likely Multi-City Block level (Not that much less durable than before, still takes hits from Sephirah Gebura and onslaughts of Employees and Rabbits), higher in her third phase (She becomes temporarily immune to every kind of damage in this state) | At least City Block level, likely Multi-City Block level (Exceptionally resistant to slashing attacks. Capable of taking hits from color fixers such as prime Kali, Iori, and Roland, as well as powerful distortions such as Yan and Elena), higher with E.G.O. and Abnormality Pages

Stamina: Superhuman (Arbiters should have superior augmentations to fixers and characters such as Myo, and augmented endurance is very common within the setting. Examples of this include Grade 4 Fixer Pameli surviving long enough as just a head to be evacuated and transplanted onto a hastily cloned body of Pamela, Index Messenger Yan surviving the removal of a significant chunk of his head long enough to be found by Proxies, a Docent of the Ring remaining in fighting shape even after being punched through by Vergilius in a manner described as breaking bones and tearing through organs,[6] and a member of the Rabbit Team itself being fine enough to maintain a lighthearted mood and finishing the job even after having their innards melted by PALE damage.[7] It took being impaled by Mimicry at the end of a long fight to incapacitate her, and despite this Binah was ultimately still captured alive.)

Range: Extended Melee Range with Justitia and Beak, Hundreds of Meters to Kilometers with other Abnormality abilities, summoning, and Singularities (Capable of attacking Employees across the entire L. Corp. facility with certain abilities). Hundreds of Kilometers visual range with Big Bird's eyes.

Standard Equipment: Various singularities, including but not limited to those of F Corp. and J Corp..

Optional Equipment: Abnormality Pages, E.G.O., and passive keypage abilities. See Notable Attacks/Techniques for more detail.

Intelligence: At least Above Average, likely Genius. Much ambiguity remains about the exact role of Arbiters in the governance of The City beyond their role in culling that which The Head has decided should not exist, but one of the examples used to describe Chesed's genius was how he was expected to easily get a job at A Corp, which is the titular Head that Arbiters run. Other Patron Librarians treat Binah as an impressive source of knowledge, and most of them were rather intelligent themselves given their positions as senior researchers for a rapidly rising star of a company. In terms of combat, her effectiveness is far from being solely reliant on power alone. She defeated Gebura in their rematch where both had full awareness of the other's capabilities, and due to her degraded state as a Patron Librarian she faces off against far more enemies who match her in power than is typical for an Arbiter. These foes include the likes of Gebura for a third time, combat prodigies such as Myo, Color Fixers such as The Black Silence and The Purple Tear, and the Bloodfiend Elena, who herself was capable of fighting both Roland and Angelica at the same time despite her eventual defeat.

Weaknesses: Due to her power, was overly verbose in fights which could lead to an underestimation of her opponents, though this is moot as of the present. | Can be stunned and temporarily weakened through interacting with the Meltdowns she creates. | Cannot leave The Library.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

  • Fairy: Binah utilizes a weaponized form of F Corp.'s Fairy singularity, capable of opening anything considered to be "locked" physically or conceptually. Her quick, low commitment use of fairies in Library of Ruina opens wounds on a target which continue to inflict harm whenever the victim takes any substantial action, while a concentrated version displayed in Lobotomy Corporation tends to shred even the strongest employees to pieces while dealing RED, WHITE, BLACK or PALE damage at random.
  • Key/Pillar: Another form of F Corp.'s singularity, Binah creates a giant pillar in front of her which is then launched at high speed. This pillar can go through walls and cause nearby technology to malfunction, while also inflicting the lasting wounds which Fairy does. They're capable of stopping any attack which clashes with it, even attacks which are significantly stronger and would otherwise overcome the pillar's force such as Kali's most committed swings. In Lobotomy Corporation, Binah can summon up to 8 at a time, and they randomly deal RED, WHITE, BLACK or PALE damage.
  • Chain: Binah utilizes a weaponized form of J Corp.'s Lock singularity, capable of locking and sealing anything exposed or open on a conceptual level. Summoning her chains from beneath a foe's feet, they prevent her victim from acting even after the ensnaring period has ended while the non degraded form inflict a slowing effect.
  • Lock: Another form of J Corp.'s singularity, Binah summons a lock around her foe, harming them while also causing their abilities to require much more exertion to use.
  • Spikes: Binah can summons spikes of darkness under opponents, dealing BLACK damage to them.
  • Waves: In her second phase, Binah can summon waves of darkness that can teleport around the facility and move on their own. These waves deal BLACK damage. These waves also seem to be able to be generated as a sort of shield.
  • Shockwave: Likely utilizing a form of G Corp.'s Gravity singularity, Binah can radiate a series of three large shockwaves to hit foes within a large radius. This weakens her foes while simultaneously empowering the defenses of her and her allies.
  • Meltdown: Binah can create Qliphoth Meltdowns in nearby containment units. Her sheer presence can cause these, but she also creates "Special" Meltdowns, which are linked to her abilities. If these meltdowns are solved, they might lower her durability, temporarily stun her, remove the Waves, or even cancel her Key attacks. Not really applicable outside of Lobotomy Corporation.

Tier 1 Pages: Binah can have up to two of these.

  • Watchful Eyes: Empowered by Big Bird, Binah's energy reserves are fully replenished and replenish at a faster rate, at the expense of her allies randomly failing to recover.
  • Eternally Lit Lamp: Another boon from Big Bird, Binah can force foes to target her attacks directly, regardless of their speed.
  • Small Flutters: Empowered by Punishing Bird, Binah becomes more adept at evasion, and successful evasion empowers her attacks.
  • The Weight of Sin: Empowered by Judgement Bird, if Binah is to achieve a worst case scenario on one of her actions, she'll sustain minor harm while receiving an offensive and defensive boon.
  • Long Arms: The egg of Judgement Bird renders Binah immune to burns, bleeding, her own Fairy attacks, and Sin (Death Manipulation). It achieves this effect through the use of Time Manipulation, being described as "concealing time."
  • Big Eyes: The egg of Big Bird causes Binah to enchant her enemies, causing them to prioritize her with attacks and inflict slightly more damage should they connect, but also giving her more power to override their attacks and healing her when she does so.

Tier 2 Pages: Binah can have up to two of these.

  • Small Beak: The egg of Punishing Bird gives Binah the ability to harm herself in exchange for more Light to funnel towards attacks.
  • Tilted Scale: Another boon of Judgement Bird causes Binah to heal her most injured teammate (which can include herself) when attacking her least injured enemy.
  • Judgement: This boon of Judgement Bird causes everybody in combat to periodically gain "Sin", which can be transferred to someone else by attacking and harming them. Someone with too much Sin takes a large amount of PALE damage.
  • Punishing Beak: This boon of Punishing Bird empowers Binah's attacks to inflict more harm the longer it's been since she was last injured herself.
  • Punishment: This boon of Punishing Bird causes Binah to become more powerful in the immediate aftermath of being harmed.
  • Salvation: This boon of Big Bird empowers Binah against foes who are faster than her, while also allowing her to easily cripple foes on their last legs.

Tier 3 Pages: Binah can only have one of these.

  • Guardians of the Forest: This collective blessing from the birds gives Binah and all of her allies a speed increase. If Binah is fighting in a team of five, and each one of them holds a different boon from one of the birds, they all receive offensive buffs in addition.
  • Peace: This blessing of Apocalypse Bird allows Binah to mark a target as "The Intruder", and subsequently causes said intruder's attacks to become weaker while rendering them more susceptible to harm.
  • The Beast: The ultimate blessing of Apocalypse Bird, if Binah also holds Long Arms, Big Eyes, and Small Beak, Binah is given the Twilight E.G.O. gift, passively power nullifying and weakening anything which targets her or which she targets, offensive or defensive. In addition, Binah constantly restores Light for herself while passively damaging everything nearby, friend or foe, with what is at least BLACK damage and may be a combination of RED, WHITE, BLACK and PALE all at once.

E.G.O. Weapons

  • Lamp: E.G.O. manifested from Big Bird. The Lamp radiates light which causes enemies to momentarily not be influenced by power gain or loss while also harming all nearby foes.
  • Justitia: E.G.O. manifested from Judgement Bird. Justitia is a sword which inflicts heavy PALE damage to those struck by the blade, in addition to the significant physical harm suffered.
  • Beak: E.G.O. manifested from Punishing Bird. Beak manifests as an armor worn by Binah, who can use it to open up her torso as though it was a mouth and bite down on her foes. In addition to the physical harm of the attack, Beak makes Binah's other capabilities less costly to employ.
  • Twilight: E.G.O. manifested from Apocalypse Bird. Twilight manifests as a winged armor worn by Binah, who can use it to devastate her foes with an aerial bombardment of explosive light. These blasts paralyze their victims, and potentially inflict RED, WHITE, BLACK, and PALE damage all at once.
  • Apocalypse: Binah summons Apocalypse Bird directly, which brings its enormous fist down on the battlefield. If Binah isn't in great shape when using this, the attack is empowered and has more power behind it. If her victims are instead the ones who are on the ropes, they take 1.5x as much damage.

Passive abilities are assigned a cost, and Binah can have up to 12 total cost of passives on her at any given time. Her innate passives do not count against this cost.

Innate Passives

  • Binah: Has a unique Key Page and Combat Pages which cannot be replaced or swapped. This represents a very potent resistance to Power Nullification and Power Modification, as not even being given a deliberately deficient body as a Sephirah or being completely restructured to the most fundamental level by The Library can deprive Binah of her innate Singularity given abilities.
  • Incomplete Arbiter: Binah rapidly replenishes her abilities and won't ever be truly caught flat footed.
  • An Arbiter: When Binah regained her full power as an Arbiter, her replenishment became even faster.

0 Cost Passives

  • Overbreathing/Exhaustion: Binah replenishes some stamina when exerting herself heavily, but is able to take fewer actions overall.

  • Twist Wound: Binah has an easier time staggering bleeding enemies.
  • Acceleration: Binah has an easier time staggering enemies while she is moving at high speeds.
  • Smoke Addiction: Successful attacks paralyze enemies under heavy smoke affliction. Useless for Binah.
  • Stimulating Fumes: Grants a free passive defense to Binah while she is afflicted by smoke.
  • Puffy Brume: The Smoke effect increases Binah's outgoing damage rather than increasing the damage she takes.
  • Skim Prescript: Most likely pure game mechanics.
  • Plumed Escutcheon: Burns attackers who harm her.
  • Kizuna/Extreme Fatigue: Allies dying gives Binah a permanent power and defense buff, but she starts fights injured.
  • Internal Combustion Engine: Gains more smoke when using smoke moves. Useless for Binah.
  • Triple R Suit: Can store up to 20 charges at once. Mostly useless for Binah.

Note: While Binah is immune to all attacks from Abnormalities in Lobotomy Corporation, this is considered to be game mechanics, as the game lacks any explanation for this ability and it is contradicted by weapons of similar nature to abnormalities being able to harm her as well as her no longer being immune to them in Library of Ruina. Binah's powerset does not change much from game to game, with it being hard locked into her in Library of Ruina in a way that not even The Library can undo, but while in theory there should be no differences in practice colored damage types are seldom represented outside of Lobotomy Corporation and as such they are listed with a "possibly" for her Arbiter and Librarian keys.
