Summary
Beomus is the protagonist of The Prince of Milk. After falling in love with Zorya, a married arbiter, a love punishable by being stripped of position, he eloped into the Corporia, pulling himself, Zorya, and Djall into it to settle their grudge.

- Type 4 Immortality: When Etherics enter Corporia through the world-schism to settle disputes, they are granted 500 incarnations to settle disputes before they are killed permanently.[9] Whenever they die in Corporia they are reincarnated as a random thing from Corporic history.[10] While they have a certain degree of choice over the gender or species they incarnate as,[11] humans are usually chosen for convenience.
- Limited Extrasensory Perception: Etherics in Corporia as part of a grudge are able to sense each other.[12][13]
- Transformation: Etherics in Corporia can return to their Etheric forms,[14] although there may be some unnamed restrictions or requirements on when this can be done.[15]
- Technology Manipulation and Weapon Creation: In his incarnation as a peasant, Beomus could explode nanoswarms from his hand and activate newmatter spears from seemingly nothing.[16][17]
- Matter Manipulation: Is capable of altering matter so that it's no longer on the visible spectrum, rendering it invisible.[18]
- Dimensional Travel, Teleportation, and Soul Manipulation: Brought himself and Mcalister from Corporia to Etheria.[4] This was done by transmitting their mindstates from one point to another, leaving the original bodies vaporized.[19] As leaving Corporia before the grudge is resolved violates the rules of reality, doing so bridges the two realms, creating chaos.[20]
- Immortality: Death didn't exist for Etherics until the Arbiter of Entropy invented it,[21] and even after death was invented, Etherics couldn't die or commit suicide without his assistance.[22]
- Enhanced Senses: Etherics can see beyond the normal visible spectrum,[23] see in 360 degrees,[24] around them[25] and can speak/hear sounds that humans can't,[26] but even this is just in relation to the skin of reality, and they can see past that for what things truly are.[27]
- Self-Sustenance: Etherics don't get hungry or thirsty, but still occasionally eat and drink as a nod to their past as humans.[28] They likely wouldn't need to sleep or breathe either since they can't die.
- Abstract Existence: The true nature of Etherics is closer to forces than people,[29] the perception of them and their society as vaguely human-like is a skin to accommodate human minds.[27]
- Telepathy: Etherics can speak mentally.
- Creation: Actuated a flock of gulls,[30] a storm of bees,[31] a meteor, a bear, a hay bale,[32] and a storm cloud teeming with lightning.[33]
- Probability Manipulation: Beomus is the one causing chaos in Etheria. Without him, lovers meet in boring fashions, each hour unfolds as expected, and there aren't any interesting coincidences.[34]
