I spent many a dark night in those tunnels, following the surprisingly light step of the Beastmaster as it sought its quarry - a sightless, winged creature that snapped its fierce maw and flung poisonous barbs at us when we found it. However the Beastmaster, cracking its whip, nimbly dodged and avoided the creature, repeatedly scoring blows until, quite battered, the beast was backed into a corner. Fearlessly, the Beastmaster strode forward and spoke in a booming tongue I hope never assaults my ear again... for it sounded akin to a god commanding obedience from a servant. The creature issued a feeble whimper, and leaned its long neck forward to gently lick the feet of the piggish Beastmaster.
