Summary
Balthus Greppenberg is one of the Imperial Grand Generals and an antagonist in Valkyria Revolution. One of the first followers of Emperor Klaudiusz, he became a Grand General and was tasked with the management of the Ruzi Empire's southern territories, mainly the provinces of Ipseria and Molda.
When Jutland declared war, Balthus faced the Anti-Valkyria squad using his prototype heavy tank, the Dragon S-Type. He was ultimately defeated and was killed by Amleth
