Summary
Backbeard is one of the main antagonists of the series Gegege no Kitaro. He is an evil emperor, the leader of the western yokai who is set on taking over the world using Operation Brigadoon.
He is very cruel, not hesitating to murder innocent yokai and his own subordinates. He is also quite vengeful, set on taking revenge against the japanese yokai and ready to destroy the world along with himself after getting betrayed and poisoned by Nurarihyon.
