Summary

Avorals are bird-like (specifically bearing a resemblance to eagles) guardinals, a species of celestial that watched over the plane of Elysium and the House of Nature. As a species, the avorals shared a collective wanderlust- a tendency to abandon their celestial duties and walk through the Planes, experiencing all nature could display. While Avorals largely served their leader, Sathia the Sky Duchess, much like all guardinals they were often found in the service of Mystra and her champions (such as Elminster).
