Powers and Stats
Tier: At least 8-B | Low 2-C
Key: Physical World | Nameless Form
Name: Aunn Komano
Origin: Touhou Project
Gender: Female
Age: Predates reality itself
Classification: Komainu, Divine Spirit
Powers and Abilities:
Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Flight, Danmaku, Spirit Manipulation, Power Modification (Spell card users are capable of changing the traits of any attack or ability by naming it, being able to turn ordinarily lethal attacks into nonlethal ones, or severely restricting the potency of an ability by 'gameifying' it[1][2]), Magic, Extrasensory Perception (Magic users are sensitive to changes in temperament[3]), Acausality (Types 1 & 4; Should be comparable to all other youkai, who were unaffected by Keine erasing the human village from history[4], despite the fact that youkai rely on the continued existence of the human village in order to sustain their own existence[5]. Exists within the Hakurei Barrier[6], which created a world with a different flow of time[7] and different physical laws[8]. Should be comparable to those who can act normally inside Eientei, which exists outside of time and causality[9][10]), Acrobatics, Clairvoyance (Can observe the entirety of Gensokyo through various Komainu statues), Non-Physical Interaction (Can harm Phantoms and Evil Spirits with her regular attacks), Abstract Existence (Type 1; The true form of a God exists as an idea, and a god can spread and manifest itself in any number of physical bodies, each with equal power[11]), Immortality (Type 1, 4, 8, & 9; relies on her myths, and will be capable of rebirth if she has enough faith. If killed, a god can simply create a new avatar), Limited Creation, Conceptual Manipulation (Type 1; She can modify her own concept/name[12]. When gods obtain a name, they gain total manipulation over the concept to which they are linked. The process of creating a spell card requires giving it a 'name' to define its form and power, not unlike how the gods gave 'names' to everything at the beginning of reality to give them form from nothingness, albeit on a much smaller scale[13][14][15]), Holy & Curse Manipulation (Gods can give both blessings or curses), Resurrection, Probability Manipulation and Fate Manipulation (Unconsciously controls the memory layer of the world, which affects probability and fate), Enhanced Senses (Can detect Shintoism and Buddhism. Youkai can see better than humans in the dark of night[16]), Shapeshifting (While most gods take a human shape, the form they take is mostly meaningless[17]. Upon entering Gensokyo, youkai gained the ability to change their form as they please[18][19], often choosing to take forms more closely resembling that of humans[20][21]), Intangibility (Youkai can break themselves down into[22][23], or regenerate from[24][25][26][27], a sort of black mist. They are also repeatedly shown to form from this mist out of thin air), Incorporeality (Youkai are stated to be unbound from the confines of the material world[28], and are made of Spirit[29]), Regeneration (Mid-Godly; Youkai are able to recover from bodily destruction, despite being made of Spirit[30][31]. They can also quickly recover from their Spirit being drained or destroyed), Aura, Sense Manipulation, Fear Manipulation (All youkai possess 'youkai energy' that takes the form of an aura[32]. This aura can make one feel pins and needles throughout their body[33], can make one start to tremble[34], and is powerful enough to deliver these effects even while sealed away[35]. Successfully inducing fear in a target also allows a youkai to absorb their Spirit[36]), Aura Suppression (Youkai commonly infiltrate the human village without their auras affecting nearby people[37], and are[38] shown[39][40][41] to be able to[42] mask their auras from[43][44] Kosuzu, who can naturally detect such auras[45]), Empowerment, Resistance Modification (Youkai are empowered by human's belief in the rituals that can be used to combat or exorcise them, using them as a basis to solidify their existence and influence[46]. However, youkai are not bound by this, and can simply choose to be unaffected by such weaknesses on a whim, at the cost of the aforementioned empowerment[47][48]. Youkai are even further empowered by the light of a full moon[49]), possibly Soul Manipulation, Mind Manipulation, and Empathic Manipulation (It's been stated that most youkai can control the world through the mental layer of reality[50], which moves alongside the spirit and determines the emotions of all living beings. However, it is impossible to know specifically which youkai this applies to)
Resistance to Madness Manipulation (Youkai can resist the effects of the true Moon, which can drive humans insane and kill them if they look at it), Illusion Creation (According to ZUN, youkai are able to see illusions.[51] During the events of Imperishable Night, all youkai noticed the moon was illusory[52]), Biological Manipulation (Youkai lack DNA[53] and brains[54]), Matter Manipulation (Youkai are described as a fluctuation and seem to be composed of different particles[55] ), Soul Manipulation & Possession (Divine Spirits aren't affected by Vengeful Spirits), Conceptual Manipulation (Type 1; Is able to fight even when lacking a concept, see Junko), Disease Manipulation (As youkai are beings comprised mostly of spirit, they are unaffected by physical illnesses[56]), Subjective Reality, Transmutation, Transformation (Youkai were once bound to the imagination of humans, with the myths and stories about them defining their forms and characteristics. However, after moving to Gensokyo, youkai were unbound from this system, and became capable of changing on their own[57]), Power Bestowal, Corruption (Youkai are unaffected by the Hourai elixir, which grants immortality and taints the drinker with impurity[58][59][60]), Fear Manipulation, Sense Manipulation (Youkai are unaffected by the passive auras of other youkai), Extreme Heat (Youkai are not affected by heatstroke[61]), Death Manipulation (Can survive being near Yuyuko, whose mere touch can cause death and who passively causes all living things near her to die[62][63]), Unconventional Resistance to Necromancy (Youkai do not leave corpses behind when beaten[64])
All previous ability to an unfathomable degree, except: Immortality (Type 8 & 9). Invisibility, Immunity to Conceptual Manipulation (Type 1; she precede concepts and is unbounded by it), Abstract Existence (Type 1; Is the embodiment of something conceptless), Nonduality (Type 2; Gods in this state exist without names[65], and were capable of existing in a state of indistinct chaos prior to the existence of names, with names creating all boundaries in existence[66]. Boundaries are effectively the lines between any two things, including those of a conceptual nature such as life and death[67], master and slave[68], space and time[69], truth and falsehood[70], or existence and nonexistence[71]. Without boundaries, everything would simply exist as a singular massive object[72]. Existing in a nameless state renders one without any particular distinctions, not being a part of any one thing, but simply being[73]), Nonexistent Physiology (Nature 2, Aspect 2 & 5; Gods are described as nothingness itself[74], and gods that revert to their nameless state due to lacking faith[75] are said to have[76] been[77] erased from[78] existence[79]. Due to existing independently of boundaries, gods are not bound to the concepts of form & emptiness[80], existence & nonexistence [zero], or even nonexistence & void [imaginary number][81], instead existing in an unknown fourth state devoid of information[82] and incomprehensible to anything in existence[83][84]), Reality Warping, Void Manipulation, Physics Manipulation, Gravity Manipulation, Soul Manipulation, Mind Manipulation, Empathic Manipulation, Causality Manipulation, Fate Manipulation & Probability Manipulation (Gods created the three layers that compose the world, of which the first is capable of manipulating the physical world and it's laws, the second being capable of manipulating abstract concepts such as sorcery, the spirit, mind and emotions, and the third being capable of manipulating history, causality, and the memory of the world[85]), Creation & Conceptual Manipulation (Type 1; All gods can give "names" to things, giving them a concept of their own, and a defined border.[86] Through this, they were capable of shaping reality from the primordial chaos it was before anything was named and create things from a state in which nothing existed at all), Avatar Creation (When giving a name to themselves, they create an avatar to interact with the physical world)
Attack Potency: At least City Block level+ (Stronger than the likes of Cirno) | Universe level+ (Participated in the creation of reality)
Speed: At least FTL, possibly Infinite (Should not be too far behind high tiers and Moon rabbits like Rei'sen) for her physical body, Omnipresent for her true form (Gods exist as ideas all over existence, and can manifest themselves everywhere)
Lifting Strength: Class 5
Striking Strength: At least City Block level+ | Universe level+
Durability: At least City Block level+ | Universe level+
Stamina: Unknown
Range: At least Kilometers, possibly far higher with Danmaku (Danmaku is stated to reach from[87] the sky to the ground,[88] and can fill the entire sky in an instant[89]), Multiversal for her true form (Gods can access any Otherworlds)
