Summary
Athachs are a bizarre alteration on the typical giant form, a dull-witted, lumbering, clumsy brand of enormous humanoid whose most noticeable trait was the additional arm centered on their torso. Despite their giant-like appearance, they hated hill giants and their lesser, and outright feared and fled from higher tiers of giants.
Athachs were, generally, brutish savages who separated from all society. Though this was not absolute, they were generally a malignant, stupid bunch. Their foul smell alone often put off potential attackers.
