Summary
Astra is a playable agent in Valorant. Recruited by the VALORANT Protocol as its 16th agent, “Astra”, Danso continues to serve as an astral guardian in between her missions for the VP. Ghanaian Agent Astra harnesses the energies of the cosmos to reshape battlefields to her whim. With full command of her astral form and a talent for deep strategic foresight, she's always eons ahead of her enemy's next move.
Efia Danso is radiant with powers relating to cosmic energies. She uses these in her role as an "astral guardian", ensuring that any universe-altering events do not have major consequences.
Astra is a member of an unknown organization called "Astral Guardians". Little is known about them, but it is speculated that they exist to maintain order in the universe. It has also been speculated that their golden arms are Astral Guardian technology they developed for their own purposes.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Gravity Well: Astra can activate a Star to form a Gravity Well. Players in the area are pulled toward the center before it explodes, making all players still trapped inside vulnerable.
- Nova Pulse: Astra can activate a Star to detonate a Nova Pulse. The Nova Pulse charges briefly then strikes, concussing all players in its area.
- Nebula/Dissipate: Astra can activate a Star to transform it into a Nebula (smoke).
- Cosmic Divide: An infinite Cosmic Divide connects the two points you select. Cosmic Divide blocks bullets and heavily dampens audio.
Notes: While Astra's abilities and ultimate are shown to have a carry limit and be locked behind kills, that is not case in lore, very few agents have shown limits to their base abilities and Ultimates. For that reason, Astra has multiple uses of all of his abilities and Ultimate. Astra's abilities work in a very different manner from all the other agents. Unlike them, to use her abilities, Astra must first move into a 'higher plane' with her Astral Form. From there on, she can place down her stars. Her abilities can only be used upon these stars. Her Nebula cloud provides coverage with style while her Nova Pulse and Gravity Well gives the enemy a concussion and keeps them there. The Cosmic Divide is a giant wall panning across the entire map which blocks sound and absorbs damage.
