Shikibu Toshikatsu Yamauchi, also known as Seven Ashina Spears - Shikibu Toshikatsu Yamauchi (葦名七本槍・山内式部利勝, Ashina Seven Spears - Yamauchi Shikibu Toshikatsu) is a Mini-Boss in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. The Seven Spears of Ashina were pivotal in Isshin's coup. He awarded the lance to none but his most loyal samurai. Yet now, only a few of the Seven remain.
