Summary
Ariel is the protagonist of Disney's 1989 animated feature film The Little Mermaid, a major character in its 2000 direct-to-video sequel and again, the main protagonist in The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Beginning released in 2008. She is also the protagonist in the TV show The Little Mermaid from 1992-1994.
