Summary
Arale Norimaki (則巻アラレ, Norimaki Arare) is a robot built by Senbei Norimaki that looks like a little girl. She is known for her naivety, energetic personality, lack of common sense, and amazingly unbelievable strength. Among her strength, she can use abilities that range from the terrain splitting Chikyūwari (Earth Chop) to the beam-like Nchahou (N'cha Cannon). She is nearsighted and needs to wear glasses. Senbei Norimaki's mission is to convince the other citizens of Penguin Village that she is just a normal human girl. It seems to work, despite her superhuman athletic ability.
She has long, bluish-purple hair in the original manga and anime series, but has dark-brown hair in the 1997 Dr. Slump anime. Like the name of the other major characters (senbei), Arale is a pun on the name for a bite-sized rice cracker (arare), and with the family name ("Norimaki Arare") it refers to a sort of arare wrapped with nori seaweed.

- Dimensional Travel, Sound Manipulation, Space-Time Manipulation & Portal Creation: At this level of power she can create dimensional rifts and destroy space-time and pocket dimensions with her energy. Scales to late game party members and other characters, who can warp and distort space-time, as well as create holes/rifts. After gaining the power from every warrior across time and space, they gain the power to surpass time and space and are possibly comparable to Heroes characters that can affect time and history the past, present and future itself and dimensions with their sheer power. Characters with a significant levels of Ki can affect space-time and open portals with their Ki force and attacks.[1]
- Enhanced Time Travel: These rifts connect to different space-times and dimensions. Furthermore, Arale can travel through them to access different time periods.[1]
- Enhanced Summoning: Space-time rifts can be used to summon characters from different time periods and dimensions.[1]
- Flight: Arale is shown[1] being able to freely fly. She can also possibly using Ki to fly like most DB charaters

- Minor Enhanced Type 3: Capable of linking to numerous alternate versions of themselves across time and bring them forth to the present. Even if these alternate versions are destroyed they will automatically be replaced by other alternate versions.[1]

Notes
- As made clear in the Cosmology Page, the DBXV and DBH Timelines coexist as alternate timelines in the same multiverse along with Dragon Ball Fusions. As such, when the Heroes Party gained power from every warrior across the multiverse, this could possibly include warriors from the Dragon Ball Heroes Timeline aswell; specifically Dragon Ball Heroes during the events of the Dark Empire Saga, and thus, the Heroes Party of Dragon Ball Fusions would possibly scale around those levels of speed and power.
- Dr. Slump character's Plot Manipulation & resistance towards it is layered. Which means conventional Plot Manipulation wont affect them. Furthermore, a conventional resistance will be overridden by them.
