Summary
Countess Alcina Dimitrescu, commonly referred to as Lady Dimitrescu, was a mutant aristocrat from Romania. For sixty years, Dimitrescu maintained the role of a ruler over Castle Dimitrescu as one of the Four Lords of the region. She was feared by the locals over allegations of mass murder and cannibalism, which were later found to be true. During the events of Resident Evil Village, she hunts Ethan, alongside her "daughters," for the purpose of an unknown ceremony.
