Mercy was familiar with Charity's Book of the Silver Heart. It contained seven techniques of shadow and dreams, so Charity lived in a world of abstractions. Of thoughts and visions. Her plans were so far beyond Mercy that Mercy could never comprehend them, but she tended to lose sight of other human beings.

Summary

Akura Charity is one of the three pillars of the Akura Clan and the aunt of Akura Mercy. As a Sage with a connection to the Heart Icon who has serves under her grandmother Akura Malice, Charity is distinguished, well mannered and in complete control of her emotions at all time. Although initially introduced with reason to have disdain for Lindon she recognized his talent in the Sacred Arts and was quick to put him to work for the Akura clan by selecting him to represent them in the Uncrowned Tournament.

Range: Extended Melee Range with Soulsever, Hundreds of Meters with most techniques, Hundreds of Kilometers with Silver Heart Owls (Charity can project her techniques from her forged owls which are capable of operate hundreds of miles away from her), Interdimensional with Sage Authority (Capable of reaching past physical reality with his willpower and traveling between dimensions)

Standard Equipment:

  • Soulsever: Charity carries a short silver sickle called Soulsever with the ability to release slashes of colorless light that carry effects of death and destruction.
  • Demon-Faced Shield: A living shield brought to life by Charity's Sculpt the Soul technique to aid in intercepting attacks and bolter her combat capabilities.
  • Healing Pills: At any given time Charity carries Pills in her void space which can heal wounds like broken limbs instantly

Intelligence: Genius (Charity is amongst the genius' of the Akura Clan alongside her father and Akura Mercy and additionally she's able to engage in combat with the Winter Sage who had manifested the Sword Icon, the concept of cutting, a feat that requires a person to be considered an embodiment of swordsmanship itself not in the eyes of mankind but as a measure of something deeper.

Standard Tactics: Charity specializes in mental and spiritual combat so her first move is to release several of her non-physical techniques targeting an opponents mind and soul all while containing the battle within her domain, The Dream of Darkness, usually while keeping her distance and avoiding close combat. Upon being forced into close combat Charity activates both her Will-Heart Resonance and Whispershade Vein techniques to gain an edge with analytical prediction, intangibility and a substantial boost in agility to avoid attacks while sending out strikes with Soulsever to end a fight as soon as possible.

Weaknesses: Enough attacks, even those that ordinarily can't damage her Bloodline Armor, can still force her to eventually release it because the more stress it is put under the harder it becomes to maintain though the threshold of this weakness increases with each advancement stage.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

The Path of Seven Pages [Book of The Silver Heart]: Each Akura expert leaves behind a divine treasure in the form of a book, which holds their ideal path for others to follow. The Book of the Silver Heart contains seven techniques of Dream and Darkness which focus primarily on mental enforcement as well as combat on the spiritual and mental level.

  • Will-Heart Resonance [Page 1]: A mental enforcer technique with numerous uses but Charity primarily uses the technique by harmonizing it with the surrounding dream aura to make herself hyper-sensitive to the intentions of others in her surrounding, allowing her to predict their actions with ease.
  • Silver Heart Owls [Page 2]: Charity forges owls with the inherent property of being difficult to detect from her madra which she can connect with her senses to watch events from afar or project her voice and attacks from.
  • Whispershade Veins [Page 3]: Charity's other enforcer technique which fills her body with madra that renders her intangible while also heightening her agility to a degree where she can easily dodge up close area-of-effect attacks from opponents with comparable speed to herself.
  • Nightmare Grasp [Page 4]: Charity forges a large hand out of shadow madra which is immaterial and acts as a means of breaking other mental alterations on anyone it grasps.
  • Dream of Darkness [Page 5]: A mental and spiritual space formed from nightmares that Charity can either manifest into physical reality in the form of a domain enclosed by a barrier of shadow madra which induces an instinctive fear that acts on the soul, heart and mind as one on anything within it's bounds or forcibly pull the souls of other into in which case their soul is sealed and unable to access any of it's inherent power while they are still afflicted by the fear it induces.
  • Judgement of the Phantom Queen [Page 6]: Charity releases her madra in the form of a mist which she imbues with her living will, carrying her ideals of noble the noble soldier of humanity, forming an army of hundreds of knights that seek out hostile targets while delivering attacks that cut at the soul itself.
  • Sculp the Soul [Page 7]: A forger technique composed of the very essence of the minds and wills of remnants Charity harvests in her off-time. The technique manifests in the form of a silver heart with numerous applications ranging from bringing inanimate objects to life to attacking the souls of others from the inside out and even purifying said souls from corruptive alterations.
