Summary
Agent North Dakota is an Agent for Project Freelancer and the sibling of Agent South Dakota. He was initially sent to a cryo facility to steal data though was injured during the escape. He would later gain the A.I. fragment Theta to aid him in the use of his Domed Energy Shield. After the majority of the Agents in Project Freelancer rebelled, he and his sister went into hiding. Eventually, The Meta would find him, and to save her own life, South would wound North to save her own life, leaving her brother to die to Maine.
