Summary
The Abzorbaloff (self-proclaimed) is an Abzorbalovian from the planet Clom, sister planet to Raxacoricofallapatorius, who ended up on Earth in efforts to find The Doctor, the ‘greatest feast of all’. He comes across LINDA, a small group of people who also had encounters with the Doctor of some sort, and quickly takes control of their complacent group in order to better find and learn about the Timelord under the guise of Victor Kennedy.

- Biological Absorption (Abzorbalovians can absorb other beings into their body through physical contact irreversibly, where his victims’ face and consciousness are embedded on the outside of his skin.)
- Hive Mind & Memory Manipulation (Those absorbed into the Abzorbaloff have access to each other's' thoughts, as the Abzorbaloff feeds on them and their experiences.[2])
- Disguising (The Abzorbaloff had access to some kind of technology or ability that allowed him to appear as a human. This did not affect his absorbing ability however.[2])
- Possibly Immortality (Type 1; After being absorbed into his absorption matrix, and after sharing the Abzorbaloff's knowledge, Ursula claims she will ‘never age’ while her remnants were dissolved into a concrete slab[2])
- Preparation (Had been researching The Doctor in order to attempt to absorb him and take the TARDIS, using LINDA to gather information. Had access to Torchwood files and multiple other sources of LINDA’s interest[2])

Standard Equipment: Cane (His cane provides an electric limitation field that prevents him from being absorbed into the Earth[2]), Tracking Device (Used a remote tracking device to find the location of LINDA, just by pointing it at their website[3])
Intelligence: Unknown, at least Above Average (His species are implied to be more advanced than humanity, Was able to manipulate LINDA in order to find the Doctor, and capable of researching him.[2] Abzorbaloffs gain the memories and experiences of their victims vice versa. Possibly comparable to his father, whose plan to lure the Doctor was regarded as ‘clever, well, not that clever’.[1])
Standard Tactics: Will attempt to physically touch anyone he would want to absorb, or to quench his natural instinct. If he has need for anyone, such as he did with LINDA, he would attempt to manipulate them under a guise before ultimately succumbing to his desire to absorb them. If approached with violence, he will slyfully lie and try to catch his opponent off-guard to absorb them, much like he did to Ursula.
Weaknesses: Will absorb any being he touches without control, and the process is irreversible once his victim has been absorbed. His victims stay alive while absorbed (at least temporarily), being connected to Abzorbaloff’s own thoughts while also being able to move about to a degree, letting them oppose Abzorbaloff’s movement. There is an implied limit to how much the Abzorbaloff can absorb (at least at a time). He cannot maintain his form, at least on Earth, if his cane breaks, which controls his absorption.
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
Absorption: The Abzorbaloff, and its species of Abzorablovians, have the ability to absorb those that come into direct contact with it. When being absorbed, it is akin to the creature’s way of ‘feasting on their lifeforce’[4], being able to taste them as they 'dissolve'. When absorbed, the victims’ faces will be irreversibly embedded on his skin, maintaining their consciousness, voice and recollection of their identity for at least a few weeks, before eventually shrivelling down at a later point. While absorbed, the thoughts and experiences of the Abzorbaloff and its victim are shared. This is a natural instinct of his species, and he cannot help the urge to absorb something[1]. This absorption ability is uncontrollable, at least on Earth, and requires use of a limitation field in order to prevent it from absorbing into the Earth itself.
