Introduction
The new and improved rundown of the cosmology for A Wild Last Boss Appeared! This blog aims to clearly explain the verse's cosmology structure. Sources will come straight from the light novel and the web novel.
The Endpoint
The Endpoint (終極点, Shūkyoku-ten) is a pure white world (純白の世界, Junpaku no sekai) that stretches on into infinity.
Then, we came upon a pure-white world that seemed to stretch on into infinity.—Volume 9 - Part 3
A place entirely devoid of sky, sea, ground, or even space. Described as a blank canvas.
It was a strange place. Everything was pure white as far as the eye could see. Neither sky nor ground existed. If you were to enclose someone in nothing but blank canvas, what they saw might be similar to this, so it followed that this was a place that was essentially blank, an untouched area where neither sky nor sea nor ground nor even space was set in stone.—Volume 8 - Part 1
A blank canvas that holds paintings—all creations of the gods such as concepts, laws, providence, limits.
Concepts, providences, laws, and even limits were all things that had been created by God. Therefore, there were no such things in the realm of God. They would just have to create their own based on their whims.
They were like trying to paint their own colors on a blank white canvas and enforce their own truths.—Chapter 187
Inside there is nothing but empty white nothingness.
There was just white that seemed to stretch on forever, and there was no god to be found. It was just endless nothingness—Volume 9 - Part 4
There is no fantasy or dream in it, just merciless nothingness.
There was no fantasy, and there was no dream. All there was was merciless nothingness.—Volume 9, Part 4
It is the final point of everything, the beginning and the end of everything. It encompasses all possible worlds and timelines, while also existing outside of them.

Endpoint. Alovenus has named this place, which exists outside the universe, as such. It is the place of all endings and beginnings. Every possible world and every possible time axis is connected to this place. |
It is described as all-encompassing. Its vast expanse encompasses everything that conceivable and thought of. It contains all and every possible universe, dimension, and parallel world.

There, Alovenus, dressed up as Santa Claus, was enjoying Christmas in a good mood. I've said it many times, but this person is the god of the Midgard. More precisely, she is the god of the Endpoint that encompasses every possible universe, dimension, and parallel world. “Is that okay with you?” |
This place has no concept of size. That is to say, size has no meaning here, so it is pointless to think about. Whoever enters here will be equal and proportional in size.
The concept of size did not exist in this place. After crossing over from the universe, Ruphas and the others were now on equal footing with Alovenus. Even though they were nothing more than dust in the universe, they had unmistakably come here as enemies.—Chapter 185
As explained earlier, this place can be understood as the highest level of the plane of existence as it stands beyond and transcends all phases of creation. There is no structure of any kind higher or outside of this place, this place is truly the end point of everything. Tremendous strength seems to be required to reach and remain in this place. If an individual does not have the necessary power, they will not be able to endure and remain in this place and will be immediately sent back to her origin.
Benetnasch tried to hide her frustration with harsh words as she patted Lufas on the shoulder. When she did so, she transferred all the mana, or experience, she had within her to Lufas. With that, Benetnasch lost the right to stay in this place and was flung back to where she had come from.—Volume 9, Part 7
As Alovenus' domain, this place seemed have been made completely inaccessible to anyone.
The place Alovenus ruled over was something like this. Everything connected to this space, a world only for Alovenus that no one else should have been able to enter.—Volume 9 - Part 5
There is a dimensional wall that prevents any creation from entering this place. This dimensional wall is supposedly the very concept of dimension itself, as anyone who penetrates the wall will go beyond all creation and reach this place.
On my signal, two silver arrows flew off, literally piercing through space. The wall between dimensions broke, and a hole formed. We flew towards the hole, and all together, we escaped this universe. Then, we came upon a pure-white world that seemed to stretch on into infinity. Finally, we came face-to-face with the Goddess, who stood there dazed and in disbelief.—Volume 9, Part 3
The inhabitants of this place perceive their creation as nothing more than a story or game played on a computer. They cannot enter creation directly, they need an avatar to do so. And so, even if their avatar is harmed in the "game" (universe), whether damaged or killed, it would basically have no effect on their overall being (true form) that stands outside of the "game".
When she had become a god, that distance only became worse, and her ever-increasing power drove her further and further into loneliness.
Though there were others who could speak and communicate their will, she herself was unable to join them. It was as if she 'were looking at characters displayed on the other side of a monitor', and when she tore her eyes away, she was reminded that there was no one there but her.—Volume 9, Part 7
Actually, I bet she’d still be calm even if I did defeat Dina. In the end, this entire universe is nothing but a game to her, something to be frustrated over if you lose and maybe something you’d get so mad over you’d never play again. But that’s all. In a game, it didn’t matter how many of your characters were killed. It wouldn’t hurt you in real life at all.—Volume 9, Part 1
Universes
To scale the universes in this verse, it will be divided into 2 parts: Original and Newly Created.
The former refers to the structure that was established or existed before Ruphas, Benetnash, and Orm reached the Endpoint, while the latter refers to the structure created by Alovenus when she flexed her power before them.
Original
In the vastness of the Endpoint there are many black spots. Each of them constituted the universe. And there are an infinite number of them.
In contrast to the whiteness, there was something black scattered everywhere. Each of them constituted an entire universe. Midgard was simply one of these infinite universes.—Chapter 185
And the universe is like a software on a PC. Which, this corresponds to the world being just a game for Alovenus.
In a sense, the universe was like a software within a computer.—Chapter 185
And the single software contains many saved data, each of them forming a parallel world.
There would be various saved data within. Each of them formed a parallel world.—Chapter 185
Beyond the single universe, there are numerous other universes (software) exist, and these software are contained within a folder.
Beyond the universe, there were many more universes (softwares). These were organized in a folder.—Chapter 185
And then, the folder is collected by other folders.
But if one were to look outside that folder, there would be more folders—Chapter 185
Moreover, if one goes out even the PC, one will see many PCs lined up. These make up "creation".
If one were to go beyond the computer itself, there would be more computers lined up outside.—Chapter 185
Newly Created
The universes created by Alovenus when her endpoint was invaded. This creation would have been continuous as she flexed her power, and it will end when Ruphas awakens and they must transcend each other. So thus, these will be ordered chronologically.
When Ruphas and friends first entered the Endpoint and came into direct confrontation with Alovenus, Alovenus immediately teleported them to a universe.
Lufas and Benetnasch reacted simultaneously, launching spells from their palms. However, the three of them were all transported to some sort of space right next to a group of stars several thousands of times bigger than the Sun.—Volume 9, Part 6
This created universe also has no time. So then, the temporal restrictions upon abilities and/or actions has been rendered non-operative.
At this point, the very concept of time no longer existed, so Brachium’s once-per-day limit could basically be ignored.—Volume 9, Part 6
And it should be noted that this universe she created is not a normal one, as she can bend anything and everything to her will, so it's useless to think about even the inconsistencies that happened there, paradoxes are allowed and common sense is not applied at all.
Trying to hold a conversation while moving at a speed faster than light, causing everything to freeze, was a strange thing. Sound itself was basically frozen as well at this point, after all. However, one of the participants was the Goddess, who could bend anything and everything to her will. Therefore, bending laws like this was no problem for her, allowing such a paradox to act as if it weren’t one at all.
Speaking in the middle of the vacuum of space was strange in the first place. Common sense did not apply here. Rather, at this point, not even a shred of common sense existed anymore.
Everything from this point on was and would be supernatural. However, there was still one thing that would be unchanged: the stronger one would prevail. Only this undeniable rule would never change, no matter where or when.—Volume 9, Part 6
Still playing with the invaders, Alovenus then talked about power scaling. She first compares characters A and B, where character A only has the power to destroy the universe, while character B has a broader existence than character A and sees the universe as just one cell controlled by a macrocosm. When she says this, the universe becomes what she says it is.
“There is no limit to the strength that people can imagine,” said Alovenus. “For example, take two different stories, and compare the strength of their two main characters. The character from the first story is strong enough to destroy the universe, but the character from the second story says that a universe is just a small cell in a part of an even larger megaverse.”
As Alovenus spoke, the universe started to shrink. It got smaller and smaller, and eventually, it was as small as it could get, small enough for Lufas and the other two to see the entirety of the universe at once. They were being shown that the universe was but a microcosm of something larger. Beyond that, there was an even larger space.—Volume 9, Part 6
Furthermore, she adds a new character, C, who trivializes the macrocosm in the same way that B trivializes A. And the occupied universe shrinks again.
“But this is where a third story comes in, and they claim that even the second story’s universe is but a small cell of an even bigger one.”
Once again, the universe shrunk. Thus, she once again showed them the sheer scale of things, where two nested universes were once again nested in a larger one.—Volume 9, Part 6
And after that, it's shown that she holds light in her hand that contains countless universes and worlds that she can easily destroy.
Light gathered in Alovenus’s hand. It was no normal light; it contained countless universes and held the power to destroy hundreds, thousands, or even billions of worlds.—Volume 9, Part 6
In a different way, Alovenus has flexed her power of creation, again. She can arbitrarily spawn universes up to a hundred times and blow them up like disposable bombs.
Then, a big bang erupted with her as the epicenter. It didn’t just happen once. Over and over, universes were born violently enough to one-sidedly erase everything before them. More universes were born outside of those universes, and more outside of those. This was repeated maybe a hundred times. At that point, Lufas and her two companions were so small they seemed like insignificant garbage before Alovenus trashed all the newly born universes at once.
“Apocalypse Times One Hundred.”
Countless worlds were simultaneously destroyed.—Volume 9, Part 6
Just as she did before, she spawns the universe a hundred times in recursive fashion.
Alovenus spawned a universe outside the universe and another universe beyond that. Each universe was but a single cell of another one, which was in turn just another cell. After a dizzying hundred repetitions of this, a supergiant universe was born.
All of this was used by Alovenus as a consumable bomb. After starting a hundred big bangs, she destroyed it all with a big crunch. It was just way too much—way, way too much.—Volume 9, Part 7
Though it's off-narrative, it's implied that Alovenus spawned the hundredfold recursion rather than just twice, since there's a supergiant universe that's reduced to nothing when Ruphas awakens, along with the ones used as consumable bombs. Any "vast outer space" involves the countless universes and space she continued create, and so on. Resulting in settings grander than a multiverse.
At this rate, simple physical force would solve everything. Lufas’s existence itself caused the supergiant universe currently around them to shatter into particles and disappear.—Volume 9, Part 7
Then, Alovenus laughter echoed throughout all of space and time. Causing a crack to creep into a parallel world where dinosaurs still lived, even into its world line where a space civilization existed, ultimately causing their universe to be destroyed. The laughter echoed further, causing even time of the creation to collapse. In the end, half of the universes in the Endpoint ceased to exist.
“…Ah, haha… Hahahaha…” Alovenus covered her mouth with her hand as she issued forth a laugh. It sounded like she was laughing and crying at the same time… Certainly, it was the first joyful cry she had ever experienced in her life.
“Hahahahaha! Hahahahahaha!”
With her emotions no longer suppressed, the Goddess gave a loud laugh that echoed throughout all of space-time, causing space itself to fracture and collapse.
In a parallel world somewhere, the native dinosaurs died without ever knowing the cause as their universe shattered. In another timeline that might have existed, a civilization, which was unlike that of Earth’s and was even able to participate in space wars, was erased without being able to do anything. Time itself completely collapsed, causing Dina and the others who were still waiting for Ruphas to return to freeze in time. The shockwaves from the Goddess’ laughter erased half of the extant universes in the Final Point.—Chapter 187
Come to the one-on-one battle, Ruphas vs. Alovenus. After the previous flexing, these should be the last creations of the universes, since using the universes as attacks is basically useless in battle at their level.
As they transcend each other's infinity and reach an unimaginable height, Alovenus begins to jump out of the universes themselves, and it shows all the universes structured looks like.
Another universe was layered on top of the original. Then another was layered on top, then another, then another, then another, and then another.
Universes were surpassed and became multiverses, which were then also surpassed. Multi-multiverses were then leapt over until Alovenus surpassed everything that could be perceived!—Volume 9, Part 7
It should be noted that before Alovenus did so, they were still in her creation, not in the Endpoint, as Ruphas and co. first arrive in the Endpoint, they are transported to a kind of space and Alovenus started to expand it recursively. In addition, the destruction of the dimensions (in the next section below) is nothing more than what they jumped out of before.
After jumped out of, they're back in the Endpoint and beyond everything, even her new creations as the highest structure that Alovenus surpasses is called the Multi-multiverses in the light novel version, while in the web novel version, it's the Omniverse with furigana written as (全実在宇宙 zen jitsuzai uchuu) which means the whole actual existence of universes.

The next part will even make it clearer; they actually stand in the pure white world after the collisions or the destruction of the dimensions.
The battle was now in a temporary stalemate, with the two of them some distance away from one another, content to only glare.
They had a standoff in this pure-white space, but Lufas was the first to make a move.—Volume 9, Part 8
Dimensions
In this verse, Dimensions refer to the structures that exist beyond the universe, which encompass and recursively contain previous ones, just like supersets.
One Dimension
One Dimension (一つの次元, Hitotsu no jigen?) is a dimension that contains a universe and its parallel worlds. That is, if we look at the previous explanations, this single dimension corresponds to a folder that containing a software (universe) and its save data (parallel worlds).
A collision—The universe and the parallel worlds contained within one dimension were erased.—Chapter 187
Higher Order Dimension
A Higher Order Dimension (上位次元, Jōi jigen) or alternatively Higher Dimension (web novel) is formed by encompassing an infinite number of the One Dimensions. This dimension corresponds to a higher folder that containing folders.
A collision—The higher dimensions, which had been created by fusing an infinite number of similar dimensions, couldn’t withstand the shockwaves and were blown away.—Chapter 187
Super Higher Order Dimension
A Super Higher Order Dimension (超上位次元, chō jōi jigen) or alternatively Super-High Dimension (web novel) is created by the convergence of numerous Higher Order Dimensions. This dimensional space is similar to a black spot and a single PC in the Endpoint in terms of design. It is also equivalent to a multi-multiverse. Alovenus is responsible for the make up of every dimension along with how they work, whether in creation or her own. Essentially their creation functions the same, building up to make something else.
Another collision—Even the super-high dimensions, which included many higher dimensions, shattered without a word.—Chapter 187
The Twilight of the Gods
A battle on the level of Ruphas and Alovenus is just a matter of will, believing you're stronger makes you so, it's useless to think about limits.
Ruphas raised the corners of her mouth and laughed fiercely. She was overwhelmingly higher than her in terms of scale, but they were already standing on the same tier. Both of them were fighting in the realm of God, beyond their world. In that case, what remained was simply a battle of wills.
It’s pointless to think about useless things like the limit of power and my own strength. There’s only one thing that will push me forward here. There’s no need for any reasoning or theory.
“You’re indeed very strong, but I’m even stronger.”
In that instant, Ruphas’ power exceeded the setting that had been put in place by Alovenus.
Multiverse? I don’t care about such things. Infinite status? Well, whatever. Subversion of the setting? So what?
“I’m stronger than all of them.” Everything depends on this.—Chapter 187
This is why Alovenus' power is infinite and truly unbeatable, she can easily make a setting that has been imbued with her own definitions for her character development. She continuously overlays settings on top of pre-existing settings, essentially whatever she faces she will just say is meaningless.
“Let me start with the conclusion…My power is infinite. I can overlay settings over pre-existing settings. For example, let’s say you somehow acquired unusual abilities and powers in order to defeat me. Then, I can simply resolve that like this. ‘Your unusual power won’t work on me, and I can still defeat you with one finger.’ Do you think this is ridiculous? Yes, that’s right. I won’t deny it. However, such an inexplicable statement can sometimes be stronger than a never-ending exchange.”
“Infinite speed? I see. How amazing. Then, I’ll answer thus, ‘Infinite speed before me is nothing more than one, and I’m one hundred times faster.’ If you have infinite power, then I’ll say, ‘Even that infinity is just one, there is always another infinity beyond.’ If you go beyond that, I’ll simply say that there’s even more beyond. If you say that you’ll become infinitely stronger and stronger, I can simply make myself become infinitely stronger, but at a rate one thousand times faster than you.
So what will you do next? An instant death attack that kills the opponent just by facing them? An ability to take away all of the opponent’s powers just by being present? A trait that always makes you stronger than your opponent? Turn back time to undo events? Become a resident of a higher dimension and toss away the opponent’s settings like a piece of waste paper? The power to nullify all kinds of abilities? An invincible barrier that can reflect any attacks at several times their original power? A constitution that manipulates the concept of victory and ignores the process to attain absolute victory? A cheat that instills the concept of defeat into the opponent to ensure absolute defeat for them? Or pure, unrivaled power that can penetrate and kill everything without exception?
Whatever is fine. Please use them until you are satisfied. They wouldn’t work anyway.”—Chapter 186
Since the battle between Ruphas and Alovenus is a matter of will/ego, both them can insist they are stronger than the other, both of them will rise to the peak of infinite.
Then, from here on, it would be a matter of who had the greater ego and strength. Since the opponent insisted that she was stronger, then Ruphas would simply insist that she was even stronger. It was just a repetitive quarrel among children.
This was already the realm of God, therefore they could do anything that they wanted to. Ruphas’ status instantly changed to “∞”. Furthermore, the character ∞ repeated itself on the display indefinitely.
Infinite infinity. Once she had reached this point, it was just a matter of arm strength to get everything done. The multiverse would be reduced to dust just from its mere existence.
—A punch was made. An omnipresent and pure form of violence struck Alovenus, destroying and blowing away the invisible walls that protected her. This “awesome punch that could destroy any barrier” shattered “the barrier that could block any attack”. The punch’s shockwave reached everywhere in an instant, shattering everything that was in front of her. It even blew away one of Alovenus’ arms.—Chapter 187
“I agree…is what I’d like to say, but it seems even we cannot reach the world beyond. We’ll leave the rest to you.”
Beyond this would be a battle in the realm of God where everything happened according to one’s thoughts. The current realm could already be considered a battle of the gods by most people. Indeed, Benetnash and Orm were powerful enough to fight in this realm.
However, they understood it after hearing her laughter. The Big Bangs and Big Crunches so far were just playful attacks by the Goddess, who was merely messing around. She hadn’t been fighting seriously.
But the next stage would be even higher. They would have to rise to the peak of infinity. It would be an endless struggle involving infinite multiples of infinity.
It might be a different matter if the opponent was Ruphas, but Benetnash wouldn’t have such a strong fighting spirit when her opponent was the Goddess. She would probably lose her momentum mid-way.—Chapter 187
Ruphas was able to defeat Alovenus because their battle is a matter of will, hers is stronger as Alovenus wasn't as obsessed with victory as her, all Alovenus wanted was an equal, while Ruphas was only satisfied with being the strongest.
“A quarrel (game) between children…That’s what you called it, right, Alovenus?”
Ruphas pushed Alovenus back with even greater force. They were doing the same thing by repeatedly configuring their settings to be above each other’s settings. However, Ruphas was doing it slightly faster. Alovenus was increasing the speed at which she became stronger. The scale was increasing. But Ruphas was still one step ahead. Somehow, there was a difference between them. What was the reason for this?
“By the way, you were using a quarrel among children who each insist that they are stronger as an example…Do you know which one would win in the end?”
“There’s no resolution…There’s no end to it as long as they continue doing the same thing.”
“Wrong. My avatar played this when he was a child…Eventually, one would realize that there is no end to it. The child who was a little smarter would compromise, and the game would be over.”
Indeed, there would be an end to this seemingly endless children’s game. This end was called compromising. Upon the realization that there was no end to how long it could be repeated for, the slightly more mature child would compromise and settle the matter. Those implications must have been conveyed to Alovenus, whose expression became even more impatient.
“I—I’m compromising…? Are you saying that I’m giving up?”
“No, you aren’t compromising. You’re not giving up, but you’re not obsessed enough with victory.”
The difference in power was even greater now. Ruphas’ power had completely surpassed that of Alovenus. As a result, Alovenus’ sword started to crack. Despite having the setting of being unbreakable, the setting that it could be shattered was repeatedly written over the previous setting. Even if the sword gained the setting to repair itself, it would just be erased immediately.
“You’re already satisfied. You became satisfied the moment a person on equal footing with you showed up. But I’m greedy…I won’t be satisfied until I win.”—Chapter 188
