Summary
A is one of the six playable characters in the DLC expansion Future Redeemed for the game Xenoblade Chronicles 3
They are the split conscience of Alpha that was formed after Ghondor's attempt to save Na'el. It casted out Alpha's conscience from his body which took the form of A. As A is the conscience of the Ontos core, they retain the memories of their previous incarnation Alvis which leads them to side with Matthew, Shulk and Rex against Alpha.
